Registration

On www.mylanchimatrimony.com click on Register button. This open`s a page to provide your basic details for creating your profile account. The registration consists of 2 steps.

Provide your Name, Mobile number, email ID on first step.
On clicking the register button generate a profile ID for future references.
The member is again redirected to second step for providing more info on you.
Your registration process is finished on completing this second step.

The Mobile number you used on registration must be verified. MylanchiMatrimony.com will not allow to store your profile to our databank unless your phone number is not verified.

You will receive a PIN number as SMS while you register with us. You have to update this PIN number in your profile section on the Verify Mobile section to verify it.

Every new profile added will be manually verified by the MylanchiMatrimony Team before displaying to public. This is strictly done before updating to our database.

Profile Creation

You can change most of the information in your profile. However, there are some items (e.g. your date of birth, gender, marital status) which can be changed only in exceptional circumstances. This too can be done only on request to Customer Relations, supported by valid reason(s) and/or necessary evidence.

Yes you can. To hide your matrimonial profile , all you need to do is follow the following steps:

Login to mylanchimatrimony.com

>Go to My profile

>Go to Account Settings

>Go to Deactivate Profile

There click on the Deactivate button. This makes your profile hidden for one month.
At any time you need to view in public, just click on the "Active me" button on same page.

>Go to My Profile

You can easily update each page.
All updated data will be verified and approved before displayed to public. This may be taken few hours for verifying data and approving.

Photo Upload

A picture is worth a thousand words and makes your profile truly come alive!! Our statistics have clearly revealed that adding photographs to your matrimonial profile not only increase the number of times your profile is viewed but also multiplies the level of responses to your profile.

You can add upto 10 photos.

Please avoid childhood pictures or group pictures.

Yes. Your picture must not be larger than 10MB.

You have to login in

>Go to My Profile.

>Go to Profile Picture and Albums

Click Browse button to select your photo from your PC. Once the selection is finished click on the "Upload' button.
Please wait till the photo is uploaded to server. It may take time based on the size and the internet connection your are using.
Cropping: When the uploading is finished you can see your full size picture on the page. There you can select an area by click on picture and drag your mouse to make a selection on the face as square box. The selected area will be displayed on right side as preview.
You can reselect again if the first selection was not correct.
If seems the preview which you seen is correct, then click on button to "Process' it. This will create a thumb image which will be seen to others as thumb image in the gallery.

It is important to provide your Profile ID and password when you prefer to send photo on other methods.

If your find it difficult to upload photo to profile, you can choose the below methods.

1) You can send your photos to our email ID [email protected].
Or
2) You can send to our Office postal Address mention in our contact us page.

We will be helping you by adding the photo to your profile.

Yes. You can protect your photo by providing a password. So public cannot view your photo. Only the password you share to members can view your photo.

Yes. All the photos uploaded are watermarked. More over you can set password for each photos. So you can decide to whom you need to allow to see your photo.

You need to login with your user credentials.

>Go to My Profile

>Go to Profile Picture and Albums

On the Gallery page you can see remove link under each photo. Click on the link as you will be asked to answer the confirmation message seen. Click on "Ok" if you are sure to delete it . Or else click on "Cancel".
Remember once deleted the picture cannot be retained.

When you add new photos to profile, every new photos will be manually screened and approve it. Only the approved photos will be shown to public.

Photo approval will be done with in a short interval of time.

You have the provision to change the main profile image at any time.

Profile image will be shown as the first image with green border line around the photo.

If you need to change the main profile image just click on the link "Set as profile" which you seen under the preferred image and it changes.
Only approved (manually screened) photos have the provision to set as main profile photo.

Login / Password

Login and Logout can be accessed from any page in the website.

Login: Registered Members can use there email ID (email id used while registering your profile on mylanchimatrimony.com) or Matrimonial ProfileID and password to login to website.

Logout: Members who have login can view logout link at the top of the every page. Click on the logout link will make you completely from the website.

Click on the forgot password link, it can be seen in all page. Click on it will redirect to forgot password page. Provide the email address you have used to register with mylanchimatrimony or the current email ID using and click send.

Your password will be send to the email ID save in our databank. You can now login using website by using the link www.mylanchimatrimony.com/login.php

After login to website

>Go to My Profile

>Go to Account Settings

> Go to Change Email Address

Provide the new email ID which is not used to registered with mylanchimatrimony.com.
Click "Save" button to register with our databank.
Email Verification: Only verified emails will be stored in our databank. While changing email ID you will be receiving an Email regarding the Verification on your new email used. Please check your inbox of the email account. Make sure to check your spam folder also if not seen in your inbox. Add [email protected] to your contacts list to avoid email going to spam folders.
From the email content you can see a verification link click on it to verify your email iD.
Only after verification of your email ID, you will be starting receiving match making emails and other promotional emails.

"My Mylanchi" aslo called as dashboard is the place where you can manage all your profile information.

Contacting Members

To contact member you have to be a registered user.
Two methods to contact is either by Express Interest that can be done by Registered free members or by Sending Personal message which can be done for paid member.
